This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.08.2024 in W.P. No. 33915 of 2023 by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has been complied with and that the interest on the gratuity amount, as ordered, has been disbursed to the petitioner through a cheque dated 20.01.2026. The amount has been realised and duly credited to the petitioner’s account.

3. Since the order has been complied with, further action has been dropped.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
