This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2^nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.02/Pa.Ka / Na/ 2026, dated 03.01.2026 and quash the same and direct the 2^nd respondent to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural program (ie., Adal Padal on 24.01.2026 at 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm in the evening of “Pongal Festival” at Vandaiyartheru, Thirumangalakottai, Keelaiyur, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, and perused the records.

3. The respondent, by order dated 03.01.2026, has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the programme. The petitioner is directed to follow the same and comply with the conditions stipulated therein.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is closed.
