O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to strike off the complaint preferred by the respondent under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in D.V.C.No.9 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate 2, Tirupattur, Vellore District.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that there is no allegations made in the complaint preferred by the respondent that the petitioners had harassed her. Therefore, in the absence of any domestic violence, the learned Magistrate ought not to have issued process to the petitioners mechanically.
