O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order in D.V.C.No.03 of 2025 dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Kalasapakkam.

2. As against the order impugned in this civil revision petition, the petitioner has the right of appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 as per the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arul Daniel and Others Versus Suganya reported in (2022) SCC Online Mad 5435

3. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the jurisdictional Sessions Judge under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. No costs.
