ORDER

The challenge in the captioned writ petition is to the selection of the second respondent to the post of the Assistant Professor (History). The said selection is of the year 2012.

2. On 19.01.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the mater was directed to be listed on 21.01.2026 under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.

3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the physical Court or on videoconferencing platform.

In view of the above, the captioned Writ Petition is dismissed for default /

non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
