ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners on various dates such as 06.12.2019, 17.11.2025, 19.12.2025, 20.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 and implement G.O.(Ms).No.270, (Higher Education (J1) Department), dated 03.12.2019 into respondent Board, which was issued on the basis of the Honourable Supreme Court's order, and thereby allow the promotions / re- designations and internal selection of the petitioners from the date of obtaining degree.

2. Mr.Ramanathan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have given representations on 06.12.2019, 17.11.2025, 19.12.2025, 20.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 for implementing G.O. (Ms). No.270 (Higher Education (J1) Department) dated 03.12.2019 into respondent Board and thereby allow promotions / re-designations and internal selection of the petitioners from the date of them obtaining degree. However, the same are yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioners will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 06.12.2019, 17.11.2025, 19.12.2025, 20.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
