The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur to expeditiously complete the trial in Spl S.C.No.278 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, the aggrieved party in Spl S.C.No.278 of 2024, seeks to expedite the trial in the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur, due to undue delays. The case has been filed against the accused persons for the of
