O R D E R
This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.22797 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 has not been complied with.
2.The petitioner, who is a retired Teacher has filed a writ petition in WP(MD) No.22797 of 2025 that the retirement benefits and five months salary due to her have not been settled. This Court, by its order, dated 21.08.2025, directed the respondents to pay the entire dues to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the petitioner has moved this Contempt petition that the above order of this Court has not been complied with.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, by referring to the communication, dated 02.01.2026 provided to him submits that five months salary due to this petitioner has been credited to this petitioner’s account on 30.12.2025 itself. With regard to DCRG and pension benefits, necessary proposal has already been sent on 20.12.2025.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to ensure that DCRG and pension benefits due to this
