ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct Pongal Festival and its allied events such as sport events for the children, Anna Dhanam, Temple Pooja, Cultural Events Etc, along with loud speakers with permissible decibels which is scheduled at Kaya Vembupathi Narayanaswami Kovil in Rasthakadu, Variyoor Post, Kanyakumari District scheduled to be held on 15.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 based on his representation dated 20.12.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law. The respondents are at liberty to impose conditions as per law.
