ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 11 and others in accordance with law, by considering the petitioner's representation dated

26.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair enquiry and take appropriate action against the private respondents in accordance with law, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the private respondents. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
