ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 11.01.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.4633 of 2020, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to approve the appointment of the third respondent.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued on 31.12.2025 by the first respondent in the writ petition, granting approval from the date of appointment.

3. The respondent is directed to release the arrears of salary as expeditiously as possible.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
