ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 15.12.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.29824 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to consider the proposal submitted by the Management approving the appointment of the writ petitioner, in case, if there is no surplus in that particular academic year.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the authorities on 04.12.2025 to the effect that since there was surplus in the academic year, in which the writ petitioner was appointed, they cannot approve the appointment of the writ petitioner.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner, in the subsequent academic year, there is no surplus and the name of the petitioner could be considered. In such an event, the school Management has to send a fresh proposal.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
