The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.88 of 2021, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act cases, Coimbatore, on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the de facto complainant/second respondent.
