O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to secure and produce the detenu, before this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that her daughter, aged about 18 years was missing from 08.12.2025. On receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent registered the FIR in Cr.No. 281 of 2025 under 'woman missing'. Thereafter, the second respondent conducted a search and found the detenu at Rajasthan.

3. Today, the second respondent produced the detenu before this Court. We enquired the detenu. She stated that on her own volition, she went along with one Parasuram, who is aged about 21 years and also she married the said Parasuram and they are living happily and she does not want to go with the petitioner. She also stated that she was not kidnapped by anyone and on her own volition she went along with Parasuram and married him.

4. In view of the above, there is no illegal detention involved in this case and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
