O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief:

“To call for the records relating to the impugned order of removal/dismissal from service passed by 3^rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.2058/2022/E2 dated 10.08.2022, quash the same as illegal and issue consequential directions to the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential monetary benefit with continuity of service and all back wages in accordance with law”.

2. The impugned order has been issued without notice to the petitioner without traversing through the facts of the case and the documents the impugned order is quashed and the matter is remitted back to the 3^rd respondent for fresh consideration after due notice to the petitioner and giving him an opportunity of personal hearing. The impugned order shall be treated as a show cause notice and an explanation shall be submitted by the petitioner. Thereafter, within a period of 2 months, the 3^rd respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
