JUDGMENT

The Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of remand passed as against the petitioner by the XVth Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town in Crime No.387 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and to that effect he has also made an endorsement in the petition.
