ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the

2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.Aa1/857/2022 dated 31.05.2022, whereby the settlement deed executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of the petitioner was cancelled under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respon
