Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3429/ A4/ 2022 dated 24.11.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to re-fix the petitioner’s salary as secondary grade teacher from 16.07.2009 by counting of past services rendered by the petitioner in aided school by taking in to consideration of 8 Annual Increments earned while service in Private aided school from 2002 to 2009 and pay arrears of salary/ difference in salary from 16.07.2009.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the

3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3429/ A4/ 2022 dated 24.11.2022 and to direct respondents 1 to 4 to re-fix the petitioner’s salary as secondary grade teacher from 16.07.2009 by counting of past services rendered by the petitioner in aided school by taking into consideration of 8 Annual Increments earned while service in Private aided school from 2002 to 2009 and to pay arrears of salary/ difference in salary from 16.07.2009.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
