Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the 3rd respondent herein relating to the order in Letter No.32677/ Nee.Vi.Pi. TNSTC / Kanchi/ 2023, dated 20.05.2024, to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to issue appropriative orders regarding the petitioner’s services from 15.02.1999 and to bring him under the Old pension Scheme of TNSTC.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent in Letter No.32677/ Nee.Vi.Pi. TNSTC / Kanchi/ 2023, dated 20.05.2024 and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to issue appropriative orders regarding the petitioner’s services from 15.02.1999 and to bring him under the Old pension Scheme of TNSTC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
