O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondent to pay 18 % per annum interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits from the date of retirement ie. 31.05.2017 to till the date of actual payment made i.e 10.01.2018 to the petitioner within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a retired employee of the Respondent/Corporation. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respond
