Respondents Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give necessary permission /sanction to allow the petitioner to de-silting and clearing blockages in the canal passing my agricultural land in future to allow the smooth flow and natural drainage of water in the canal adjoining the petitioner's land based on his representation dated 19.04.2025.
