ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 232 and 276 of the Indian Succession Act to grant Letters of Administration to the petitioner in respect of the Will dated 30.10.2008.

2. According to the petitioner, Viswanathan, Son of P.Natesan is the owner of the property mentioned in the petition. The parents of
