the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs.

Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in 2014 2 SCC 1.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing

the Respondents No.1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint

dated 03.12.2025 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid

down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita

Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in 2014 2

SCC 1.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned

Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police

submitted that the petitioner's complaint was already enquired and the

same was closed.
