The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-

compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.11.2024 in W.P.(MD) No. 28497 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondents therein to pay the interest at the rate of 6% p.a. for the belated disbursement of terminal benefits from the due date till the date of disbursement within twelve weeks.
