ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection for putting up a fence on the petitioner’s property in S.Nos. 228/3E, 228/3A1A, 228/4B2, and 228/4B4, situated at Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, in light of the 2nd respondent’s proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1928/2025/F, dated 26.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and the respondents are awaiting for legal opinion. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s complaint in accordance with the legal opinion and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
