O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the fourth respondent Co-operative Society to furnish the Statement of account pertaining to the petitioner's loan account, based on his representation dated 01.09.2024.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner has borrowed two personal loans from the third respondent Cooperative Society. Even though, he has paid more than Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only), still they are demanding dues from him. He has requested the fourth respondent to furnish the statement of accounts and to the said effect he has given a representation to the fourth respondent on 01.09.2024. So far, the representation has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent would provide him the statement accounts for both the loan accounts.

4. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to furnish the statement of accounts to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
