ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to initiate proceedings for suo moto review of the order dated 16/6/2021 made in O.A.No. 11/2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent on the basis of the representation dated 29/12/2025.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
