O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed forbearing the fourth respondent from laying road and putting up drainage channel in the petitioner's patta land comprised in survey No. 18/10A2 new Survey No. 18/18 at Maranivariyenthal village under Alathur Village Panchayat, Madurai district.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has received a written instructions to the effect that they are not laying any drainage channel in the patta land of the writ petitioner.

But, they are laying drainage channel only in the road portion.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has produced the patta for the aforesaid survey number, the respondents are directed not to lay any road or put up drainage channel in the abovesaid survey number.

4. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
