ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation for the death due to electrocution of the petitioner's husband namely Peter and her younger son namely Raja Mathanravi, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on
18.08.2022 for grant of compensation for the death of her husband and her younger son due to electrocution. However, since the said representation was not considered, she is before this Court with this writ petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed.
4. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
