This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated

24.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.25119 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel on either side that the order passed by this court has been complied with by the respondent and that the murhiz (g) vz;/675. efuhl;rp petitioners were duly appointed vide epUthfk ; kw;Wk ; FoePh ; tH';fs ; (eg/3) Jiw.

dated 04.12.2025 and accordingly, the petitioners have also joined the said post.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners contended that they are entitled for appointment atleast from the date of order passed by this court i.e., 24.07.2024, this court is not inclined to go into the said aspect in this contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate their claim for retrospective appointment in the independent proceedings.
