ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim order dated 09.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.36766 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.39683 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by M/s.R.L.Karthika, leaned Government Advocate, as well as Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the respondents have complied with the order. However, the amounts that are to be disbursed to the petitioner are yet to be disbursed. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to ensure that the amounts due and payable to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
