ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 17.07.2025 made in W.P(MD) No.19351 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2025.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the first respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings dated 14.01.2026.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.
