The defendant in O.S.No.33 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Salem, is the revision petitioner, aggrieved by the dismissal of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in A.S.SR.No.28229 of 2021 which was filed for condonation of delay of 2507 days in preferring the appeal suit.
