PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing

the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order dated 17/10/2024

in proceedings Na.Ka.2615/2024 within a time frame in its letter

and spirit.

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of

Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the

order dated 17/10/2024 in proceedings Na.Ka.2615/2024 within a

time frame in its letter and spirit.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by

order dated 17.10.2024, the 1st respondent appointed the 4th

respondent as temporary possari of Kaakuveeran Karuppasamy

Temple, Karumathur, Usilampatti Taluk. Despite the said order, the

3rd respondent is not handing over the keys of the temple to the 4th

respondent and he is falsely claiming himself as poosari of the

subject temple and closed the temple and its Karpagraham. Hence,

the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Today when the writ petition was taken up for hearing,

Ms.A.Nathiya, Executive Officer of the subject temple appeared

before this Court. She submitted that pursuant to the order dated

17.10.2024, the 3rd respondent had handed over the keys of the

temple to the 4th respondent within one week from the date of the

said order and now the 4th respondent is performing poojas in the

Karpagraham of the subject temple.

4. Such being the case, the order dated 17.10.2024 is

complied with. Thus, recording the above submission of the

Executive Officer, no further order is required to be passed in this

writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
