(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.)

Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the order passed by this Court in

WP(MD) No.28393 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 has not been complied with and

there is a wilful disobedience by the Contemnors.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that pursuant to

the directions of this Court, the third respondent issued proceedings dated

06.02.2025 for appointing Poojari for 'Oru Kaala Poojai' and now the temple is

opened for worshipping 'Oru Kaala Poojai' with one permanent Poojari.

Further, the Assistant Commissioner has also taken steps for renovating the

temple and the proposal is pending at the office of the Commissioner, HR&CE

Department. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
