O R D E R

Though the present criminal original petition has been filed

seeking to quash the complaint in STC.No.119 of 2021, pending on the file

of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mahe, it is evident from the letter of the

learned Chief Judge, Puducherry dated 18.06.2025 addressed to the

Registrar General of this Court, enclosing the report/letter of the learned

District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mahe dated 11.06.2025 that, the

said complaint in STC.No.119 of 2021 has been disposed of as early as on

30.05.2025.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing

survives for further adjudication in this petition, and accordingly, this

criminal original petition stands closed.
