The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in I.D.O.P. No. 3401 of

2023 filed by the respondent/wife within a time fixed by this court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.01.2026, this Court called for remarks from the concerned judge regarding the timeline required for the disposal of the main OP.

The Presiding Officer of the II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in his report dated 20.01.2026 had stated that petition for interim maintenance, litigation expenses and school fees, etc., in IA.Nos.1 & 2 of 2023 and I.A.No.4 of 2025 are pending. It is further stated that the petitioner also filed IA.No.3
