The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus

forbearing the respondents from laying road on the petitioner's patta lands in

Sy.No.404/4, 404/5 and 404/26, Tirupathur Village, Thirupathur Taluk,

Sivagangai District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

second respondent has received written instructions to the effect that they are

not going to lay any road in the private patta lands of the writ petitioner.

3. The said written instructions is recorded. This Writ Petition stands

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
