PRAYER :
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Writ of Certiorari call for the records of the 2nd respondent order dated 02/02/2018 in Na.Ka.No.G2 / 84129 / 11 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal.
O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in respect of the subject property, the issues are now pending before the civil Court and sought liberty to work out his remedy before the civil Court.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission and since the petitioner intends to work out his remedy before the civil Court, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
