PRAYER :

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in respect of the subject property, the issues are now pending before the civil Court and sought liberty to work out his remedy before the civil Court.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission and since the petitioner intends to work out his remedy before the civil Court, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
