PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of Case No.743 of 2019 on the file of Respondent No.1 and quash the same to the extent of declaring the petitioner school as minority educational institutions conditional to production of updated recognition / affiliation order issued by State Board / CBSE to the petitioner institutions, consequently directing the respondent No.1 to accept the Certificate of Recognition issued by the 3rd respondent, to the petitioner school for the purpose of issuing Minority Status Certificate.
