Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of Thiru G.Sundarapandiyan as Junior Assistant in the Petitioner School, with effect from 16.09.2024, with all consequential monetary and service benefits, on the basis of the proposal submitted by the School, dated 18.09.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER
The petitioner School has appointed one G.Sundarapandiyan and G.Gokul as Junior Assistant and Watchman respectively and also sent a proposal to the second respondent, seeking approval of appointments. Since the second respondent has not considered the same, the petitioner School has filed these writ petitions.
2. When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by referring to the proceedings dated 05.01.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner School has been rejected.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, these writ petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner School to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
