Alleging that the order of this Court dated 05.08.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.21281 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court, by order dated 05.08.2025, had directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application and pass appropriate orders on merits. Consequently, the revenue authorities considered the petitioner's application and rejected it through proceedings dated 19.01.2026 in Na.Ka.No.2434/2025/A3. A copy of the said proceedings has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 19.01.2026 in accordance with law.
