ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent- police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four (4) months.
