PRAYER: The Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of

Courts Act, 1971, to show cause why they should not be proceeded against for

contempt and punish the Respondents for their act of committing Contempt of

Court for disobeying the order of this Court dated 27.06.2025 in W.P.No. 4887

of 2022.

ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.01.2026, the matter was listed

for hearing today.

2. The communication dated 10.12.2025 issued by the Assistant Director,

Ministry of Home Affairs (FCRA), was placed before this Court. The writ

petitioner was directed to comply with four requirements, which are as follows:-

a) Filing of past mandatory Annual Returns

b) Resolving any pop-ups/flags on the FCRA Portal

c) And in case any FC was received or utilised during the

intervening period Without a valid registration.

d) Uploading affidavits of each functionary in AA format,

duly signed by the Respective deponents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, out of the above

four requirements, the first three requirements have already been complied with.

Insofar as the fourth requirement is concerned, the petitioner has sought for

certain clarification from the authority concerned, and upon receipt of the said

clarification, the said requirement will also be complied with.

4. The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent

submitted that as and when any clarification is sought for by the petitioner, the

same will be given and upon compliance with all the four requirements, the

renewal already granted on 17.11.2025 will stand confirmed.

5. Recording the said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
