O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.]

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience

of the order, dated 12.11.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.26825 of 2024.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.01.2026, the

contemnor is present before this Court and he produced photographs and

report pursuant to the action taken based on the directions issued by this

Court in the above said writ petition.

3. On perusal of the photographs and report produced by the

respondent, we are convinced that the encroachment in the public pathway

has been removed as per the directions issued by this Court. Hence, this

contempt petition stands closed.
