Prayer : This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 6 to demolish the constructions put up in
the Open Space Reserve (OSR) land earmarked in S.No.398 pt at Nerkundram
Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, now TAISHA-II residential complex, and to
restore the said OSR land admeasuring an extent of 2743.17 sq mts in
accordance with the sanctioned plan dated 19.11.2020 issued by the 2nd
respondent.
