ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.)

Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that in respect

of 8 encroachers, encroachments were removed on 13.09.2023.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that all

the encroachments are not removed. If so, the authorities are bound to

conduct proper survey and to conduct enquiry by following the

procedures contemplated under law.

2. With the observation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
