ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the civil revision

petition has been filed through the Power of Attorney of petitioners 1 to 6. Now,

the petitioners wants to file fresh civil revision petition in their name. Therefore,

the learned counsel seeks permission of the court to withdraw the civil revision

petition with liberty to file fresh revision in the name of the petitioners. He also

made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Recording the same, the civil revision petition stands dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh revision in their name. No

costs.
