Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,

praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to sanction

and pay the medical reimbursement of Rs.2,37,857/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty

Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Seven Only) with interest and

compensation to the petitioner considering his representation dated 03.10.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third

respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 03.10.2024, within

a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 03.10.2024 before the

third respondent seeking compensation and medical reimbursement of

Rs.2,37,857/- with interest. Since the same has not been considered till date, the

petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts

notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues

direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated

03.10.2024, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents

would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2024 will be

considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed

by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials

available on record.

7. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to pass final orders on

merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated

03.10.2024, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy

of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the

petitioner’s representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There

shall be no order as to costs.
