ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of

Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner’s

representation dated 18.12.2025 and to take appropriate action as against

the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted

that insufficient particulars were furnished by the petitioner and,

therefore, the petitioner’s representation could not be considered.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to

furnish complete particulars, including photographs or any videos, if any,

in his possession. Upon receipt of such particulars, the 2nd respondent

shall consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.12.2025 and pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law. If any criminal offence is

made out, the same shall be proceeded with in accordance with law,

within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
